Ken Coury, the founder of Coury Insurance Group, comes from a family with over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry. His deep knowledge and expertise in family planning and retirement reviews for state and federal employees allow him to provide tailored solutions that protect loved ones and build lasting financial stability. Licensed in multiple states, he works closely with clients to ensure they have the best coverage to meet their unique needs.
Beyond serving families, Ken is passionate about mentoring and expanding a team of driven life insurance agents. Through Coury Insurance Group’s Agent Opportunity Program, he provides aspiring agents with the tools, training, and support they need to build a high-income career in the insurance industry.

After retiring from the State of Connecticut in 2020, she chose to embark on a new path. In 2023, Tia obtained her life insurance license in North Carolina and has since expanded her expertise as both a Notary Public and a licensed insurance agent with Coury Insurance Group. She now focuses on helping individuals and families with life, health, annuities, and IUL solutions, driven by her passion for service and protection.
